Monica's Street Food cookery class delivered all we'd hoped for and more! It was great to learn some new recipes - the pressure cooker has arrived today, so I'm looking forward to batch cooking the chana masala to eat on repeat- it was gorgeous! We will definitely be making the kathi rolls and the aloo tiki chaat for friends in the near future. Monica was a really engaging teacher, willing to share her tips for success. We'd highly recommend Monica to anyone.
