What happens at this event?

Take a trip with me to the western coast of India to learn how to make the much loved Vindaloo! This fiery, tantalising recipe originates in Goa and is infused with Portuguese influence. Tender pieces of chicken cooked in an aromatic roasted masala paste, simmered with tamarind and vinegar. Finished with fresh coriander and mopped up with fresh buttery chapatis - this dish does not disappoint!
