Monica talked us through every step, she was engaging, patient and just really lovely, the food we were all able to cook and share as a team was delicious and so homely.

It was such a memorable experience and I think I speak for us all when I say we have learnt new skills as a result. Myself and my boyfriend can’t wait to try some of the recipes from the day at home.

Monica was a fantastic teacher, I have been cooking curries for 40 years and the chicken curry that Monica showed us transcended expectations, in fact it was perhaps the best I have ever tasted.
