The assortment of dishes Punjabi cuisine has to offer is like no other! Join for us an exciting spice-filled highly interactive class where you will learn how to make a complete Punjabi feast from start to finish. At the end of the class, all dishes are served up in our dining room where you can enjoy your meal, along with a glass of wine.   We provide everything from the ingredients, aprons to instruction and you also go home with a detailed recipe pack. 
This is a class not to be missed! Example dishes include Chicken Curry, Butter Paneer, Aloo Methi, Samosas and Chapatis.

Monica and her mum were amazing hosts, they were both professional yet polite and personal. 
Monica talked us through every step, she was engaging, patient and just really lovely, the food we were all able to cook and share as a team was delicious and so homely.
 We started as individuals yet at the end of the class everyone built rapport shared stories and enjoyed  the food as a group.
It was such a memorable experience and I think I speak for us all when I say we have learnt new skills as a result. Myself and my boyfriend can’t wait to try some of the recipes from the day at home.

This one experience will teach you more than a thousand books. Monica was a fantastic teacher, I have been cooking curries for 40 years and the chicken curry that Monica showed us transcended expectations, in fact it was perhaps the best I have ever tasted. If you are a curry addict, you are definitely missing out should you not attend one of Monica's cooking classes. I will be doing every possible class, because it takes Indian cooking on to a completely different level! Thanks again Monica for teaching me traditional Punjabi cooking.

The course and tips were really good. However, sharing the preparation with others in the group was something I wasn't expecting. I had hoped  that we would have 
 ingredients to practice more on an individual/pair basis after watching Monica. Nevertheless an enjoyable event.
