Monica and her mum were amazing hosts, they were both professional yet polite and personal. 
Monica talked us through every step, she was engaging, patient and just really lovely, the food we were all able to cook and share as a team was delicious and so homely.
 We started as individuals yet at the end of the class everyone built rapport shared stories and enjoyed  the food as a group.
It was such a memorable experience and I think I speak for us all when I say we have learnt new skills as a result. Myself and my boyfriend can’t wait to try some of the recipes from the day at home.

Monica was a fantastic teacher, I have been cooking curries for 40 years and the chicken curry that Monica showed us transcended expectations, in fact it was perhaps the best I have ever tasted. If you are a curry addict, you are definitely missing out should you not attend one of Monica's cooking classes. I will be doing every possible class, because it takes Indian cooking on to a completely different level! Thanks again Monica for teaching me traditional Punjabi cooking.
